Board of Governors

Trez Capital maintains an independent Board of Governors to act in the best interest of the unitholders to oversee the actions of the manager of each of the offering memorandum trusts.

The Board is responsible for reviewing conflicts or potential conflicts of interest between the manager and the trusts and their unitholders; confirming that the investments made by the manager comply with the investment policies of the trusts; appointing the Auditor; and reviewing and approving the annual financial statements.

The members of the Board of Governors are Steve Mathiesen (Chair), Andrew Huntley, Paulina Hiebert, Karen Keilty and Joshua Varghese.
