Andy Leung

Andy Leung joined Trez Capital in 2021 as part of the Corporate Finance team. During his tenure at the Firm, he has taken on increasingly senior duties, culminating in his current role where he is responsible for FP&A, Data Analytics, the Project Management Office (PMO) and Dealer Services.

Andy has over 10 years of experience in finance and began his career in assurance at KPMG, focusing on private real estate clients. He has helped develop the Financial Planning & Analysis function at a number of real estate companies, including Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (acquired by Blackstone/Ivanhoe Cambridge in May 2018) and QuadReal Property Group.

Andy holds an honours bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) in Accounting from Simon Fraser University; he is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Association of British Columbia.
