Jintae Kim

Jintae Kim joined Trez Capital in 2018. In his current role, he oversees the underwriting process for new investment activities within the Firm’s Trez Opportunity Funds (TOFs) and Trez Capital Private Real Estate Fund Trust (TPREF).

With over 13 years of commercial lending experience, Jintae has extensive expertise in credit risk analysis and underwriting, in both Canada and the U.S., with a focus on the Sunbelt region. He has underwritten over $1.5 billion in debt and equity transactions across various asset classes. Prior to Trez Capital, he spent seven years in asset-based and commercial lending in New York City.

Jintae holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
