Carina Rao

Carina Rao joined Trez Capital in 2025 as Vice President, Private Wealth, where she is responsible for expanding the Firm’s U.S. private wealth platform to connect private wealth investors and family offices with institutional real estate strategies.

Carina brings over two decades of experience in alternative investments, capital markets and private wealth to her role. Prior to joining Trez Capital, she was the Founder of Rao & Co., where she advised hedge funds on capital formation, marketing and investor relations. Previously, Carina has held senior roles at Far Hills Group, SkyBridge Capital and Bear Stearns Asset Management and was a Senior Relationship Manager at WE Family Offices, advising ultra-high-net-worth families with more than $14 billion in assets under management.

Carina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Fordham University.
