TOF IX invests in a joint-venture equity investment in Wildrye North, a 998-lot residential development in the high-growth Northwest Houston market.
Vancouver, BC and Dallas – July 13, 2026 – Trez Capital, a leader in North American commercial real estate investments, today announced a new equity investment in Wildrye North, a 998-lot residential development located on approximately 420 acres in the Northwest Houston market. The project is a joint-venture with Land Strategies Management (LSM), a Florida-based residential real estate investment firm focused on land acquisition, development and financing. The investment is held in Trez Capital U.S. Opportunity Fund #9 Limited Partnership (TOF IX).
Wildrye North is situated along the expanding U.S.-290 corridor in Waller, Texas, adjacent to the established Wildrye master-planned community (MPC). The development will be delivered across three phases, with finished lots sold to national homebuilders. Approximately 300 lots are under contract at closing, supported by non-refundable builder deposits.
