Since joining Trez Capital in 2017, Horie has led the national origination team responsible for sourcing and structuring commercial real estate lending opportunities in Canada. With approximately two decades of lending, underwriting and transactional experience, he is also a prominent representative of the Firm at major industry forums and conferences, reinforcing Trez Capital’s reputation as a leader in Canadian real estate finance.
