Houston developer Land Tejas is planning a master-planned community in northwest Harris County on land that will eventually house 2,500 homes. Trez Capital provided financing for the acquisition and development.

A California investor has purchased the Winding Creek at the Preserve apartments. Thompson Realty and Trez Capital built the project which was sold in an off market deal. The 314-unit rental community was built in 2019 and was 98% leased at sale.
The commercial portion of Edmonton’s tallest building has been sold. Trez Capital financed Stantec Tower.
German real estate fund is buyer in largest office sale in Alberta capital's history, in terms of dollar value. Trez Capital financed the project.
