Runyu Wang joined Trez Capital in 2019 and is responsible for the origination, underwriting, structuring, syndication, and management of loan opportunities in Western Canada.
Dedicated to the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, Runyu currently serves on the Vancouver chapter of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Committee (a leading organization for CRE knowledge, networking and advocacy) and CREW Vancouver’s Education & Outreach Committee (a dynamic network committed to promoting business development and advancing women as leaders in the CRE industry).
Runyu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
