Lucie Gagnon joined Trez Capital in 2023. She brings nearly 20 years of human resources practice focused in the finance and mining industry, with experience working in both Ontario and British Columbia.

Lucie is responsible for the firm’s people strategy and provides leadership in organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, and learning and development initiatives. Her commitment to excellence and passion for cultivating a dynamic and empowered workforce underscores her dedication to fostering a thriving corporate culture.

Lucie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
