Justin Driscoll

Managing Director, Origination

Justin joined Trez Capital in August 2021 with over 23 years of experience in originating, structuring and closing commercial real estate loans.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Justin was a senior originator in the Real Estate Finance Group of UBS Investment Bank where he sourced and closed more than $1 billion of commercial real estate loans for the firm’s CMBS and balance sheet lending programs. Justin also played a pivotal role in a number of key firm initiatives including the development and implementation of UBS’s balance sheet lending program in joint venture between UBS Bank USA and UBS Investment Bank, UBS Real Estate Finance’s joint venture with UBS Real Estate Lodging and Leisure advisory group and the firm’s co-origination venture with a leading national life insurance company.

Prior to UBS, Justin was a vice president in the Investment Solutions Group of the Partners Group where he was responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s strategic relationships with the North American institutional investor community. Justin started his career working for Lehman Brothers Global Commercial Real Estate Group where he was a member of the capital markets team that distributed more than $72 billion of fixed and floating rate CMBS, A/B-Note structures and mezzanine debt.

Justin received a Bachelor of Administrationin Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the Samuel Curtis Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
