Ivana Gojkovic

Director, Equity Investments

Ivana Gojkovic joined Trez Capital in 2015. In her current role as Director, Equity Investments, she oversees the execution of asset-level business plans and manages relationships with developers and joint-venture partners to ensure optimal terms and operations throughout the investment lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition.

Prior to joining the Equity Investments team in 2024, Ivana spent eight years as part of Trez Capital’s Credit Risk and Underwriting (CRU) team, during which she worked with all Origination teams (Canada, Western U.S., Central and Southwestern U.S., and Southeastern U.S.) providing support across multiple asset types and geographies. In 2021, Ivana established the Dallas Underwriting team, where she was responsible for leading, recruiting and training underwriters.

Ivana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business and is a trained architect.
