Darryl Myrose joined Trez Capital in July 2021 with 24 years of experience originating and managing commercial real estate debt investments.
From 2006 to 2020, Darryl served as a co-head of national lending for Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc., the funding vehicle for Resource Capital Corp (NYSE: RSO, now ACR). In this capacity, he managed and oversaw a team that closed more than $6 billion of primarily middle-market bridge loans on all property types across the U.S. He was responsible for all aspects of CRE debt investments including deal sourcing and evaluation, loan structuring and closing efforts, as well as asset management post-closing.
Prior to his tenure at Resource Capital, Darryl was the co-head of West Coast originations for Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage in Los Angeles, where he oversaw the closing of over $1 billion of loans annually which were sold into the securitization market. He started his career in asset management and acquisitions for JLW Realty Advisors (now Clarion Partners).
Darryl received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
