Curtis Tsang

Associate Vice President, U.S. Origination

Curtis Tsang is responsible for managing origination transactions and structuring new business opportunities across the Southeastern U.S. Curtis joined Trez Capital in 2014 gaining experience in the analysis of credit risk and underwriting with deal experience in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, and Toronto with geographical concentration during this time in United States markets such as Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Denver, Nashville, and Phoenix. His experience includes the underwriting of over $1.1 billion in debt transactions and $80 million in equity transactions across various asset classes.

Curtis graduated with Honours from the University of British Columbia with a specialization in finance and real estate.
