Most of the single-family dwellings will span at least 2,000 square feet, while a tenth of them could have floor plans as small as 1,440 square feet. The community will have nearly 12 acres of open space. Richardson-based Barraza Consulting Group has been tapped as the designer for land development work.
The 69-acre site, near the border of Dallas and Ellis counties, is about 3 miles south of Belt Line Road on South Duncanville Road. An affiliate of Canadian investment firm Trez Capital bought the land in 2022, the outlet said. Trez struck an agreement with Lennar later that year, allowing it to purchase lots for Addison Hills.
