A medium-term investment fund composed of a diversified portfolio of commercial and multi-residential mortgages across Canada. TG Income Trust III provides a fixed quarterly return to investors while preserving invested capital by maintaining a steady net asset value. The trust holds investments in first position and second position mortgages, sub-tranches of mortgages, and blanket mortgages secured by multiple properties.

TG Income Trust III distributes 100% of its net income annually. Unitholders receive monthly distributions at a rate of 0.375% on Series F units and 0.292% on Series A units. An investor may be eligible for an additional annual top-up distribution, which is paid in mid-March following the conclusion of the annual audit of the Trust.
