Third Quarter Fund Reports Now Available

Below are brief highlights of fund performance through the third quarter.
Bison Income Trust II C-2
- Bison C2 has achieved an 8.1% annualized return year to date, and has seen an increase in its gross mortgage portfolio of 21% through the quarter from $70.5 million to $85 million.
Bison Prime Mortgage Fund
- Bison Prime has achieved a 6% annualized return for the year to date in keeping with its lower risk mandate, and average Loan-to-Value ratio of 70%.
TG Income Trust II
- TG Income Trust has provided its preferred 7.75% and 7.5% annualized returns for Series A and Series B units respectively.
