Bison Prime and Bison Income Trust II

  1. Review Offering Memorandum (OM).
  2. Complete relevant forms found in New Investor Pack.
  3. For Canadian residents purchasing fund units:

    • Mail the completed Subscription Agreement and Risk Acknowledgement forms along with a cheque for your initial deposit amount to:

  4. For Canadian residents purchasing fund units within a registered account (RRSP/RESP/RRIF/TFSA):
    1. Establish an account with a plan trustee. Trustees that we currently work with include:

    2. If you reside in BC, NS, NFLD, or NB, please proceed to step e.
    3. If you reside in AB, MB, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, or SK, please ensure eligibility & complete the Eligible Investor form in New Investor Pack.
    4. If you reside in ON, please ensure eligibility & complete the Accredited Investor Certification in New Investor Pack.
    5. Fund registered account with the money which you wish to invest.
    6. Provide completed New Investor Pack forms (where applicable) to trustee.
    7. Endorse Letter of Direction (authorization) which the Trustee will provide.
    8. Trustee will provide completed forms and funds to Trez for the purchase of units.
    9. Trez will purchase the units, and provide the Trustee with the necessary Unit Certificates.
